"Individually we are a drop, together an Ocean"

Amiguitos del Océano started as a personal project in 2017 giving talks in schools in Guayaquil, Samborondón and Quito, and in July 2018 the Environmental Education Program began in public schools in various coastal communities. At the end of 2018 we were constituted as a non-profit organization and after the pandemic, the Ocean Education Program in Coastal Communities began, which has the endorsement of IOC-UNESCO as part of the global initiatives within the Ocean Decade.
